Nestled in the heart of Long Beach's Arts District, Chez Bacchus brings together the culinary artistry of Executive Chef Danny Le and the world-class wine expertise of Advanced Sommelier John Hansen.

Named for the Roman god of wine, our restaurant is a celebration of the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms, transformed into extraordinary California cuisine and paired with an exceptional, globally-curated wine program.

Every dish tells the story of our partnerships with local growers like Black Sheep Farms, while every glass reflects decades of sommelier mastery refined alongside Master Sommelier Michael Jordan.
