A list, considered.

Sixty selections, fifteen regions, every wine offered by the glass and the carafe. The choice to pour everything — not a curated few at the top, not bottle-only at the high end — is a deliberate one. It means a Furmint from Tokaj can share a table with a Vineyard 29 Cru; that a single glass of Chablis from Domaine Laroche is not a luxury reserved for the bottle order; that the Sancerre from Domaine Fouassier is on equal footing with the Barolo from Castelletto.

The list is curated by Advanced Sommelier John Hansen, Court of Master Sommeliers — a credential held by roughly 300 to 400 sommeliers in the United States — in collaboration with Master Sommelier Michael Jordan. They favor producers with a sense of place over those with a sense of marketing.

Corkage: $25 per bottle, waived when matched with an equivalent bottle from the list.
