We bring the kitchen to you. The full Chez Bacchus team travels — chefs, servers, bartenders, equipment — to homes, gardens, corporate offices, and event spaces across Greater Long Beach and the South Bay.

    Tell us about your event — date, guest count, venue, the kind of evening you have in mind. The form below takes a few minutes.

  2. Conversation

    Our front-of-house and catering manager reaches out — usually within one to two business days — to discuss menu direction, logistics, and pricing.

  3. Menu & Tasting

    Chef Danny Le composes a menu in conversation with you. For larger events, we offer a tasting before the evening so every course is exactly right.

  4. Event Night

    Our team handles everything — setup, service, kitchen, bar, breakdown. You attend to your guests. We attend to the rest.

FAQ

What types of events do you cater?

Weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate gatherings, holiday parties, milestone birthdays, retirement celebrations, baby showers, and private celebrations of all kinds. If it deserves to be done well, we'd like to hear about it.

Do you cater off-site?

Yes. We bring the full Chez Bacchus kitchen and front-of-house to your venue — homes, gardens, corporate offices, event spaces. Logistics are discussed during your initial consultation.

How far in advance should we book?

Weddings and large events: three to six months. Smaller gatherings: four to eight weeks. Last-minute inquiries are welcome — call us if your date is close.

How is pricing structured?

Every event is quoted individually based on menu, guest count, service style, and venue logistics. Our front-of-house and catering manager will walk you through pricing after the initial consultation.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy considerations are routine. Tell us about your guests' needs and we will plan accordingly.

Do you handle bar service and wine pairings?

Yes. Full bar service, sommelier-curated wine pairings, and bespoke cocktail menus are available. We can also work with your venue's beverage program if preferred.
