What is Flight Club at Chez Bacchus?

Flight Club is our recurring wine education series. Each chapter focuses on a single region or theme, pairing three considered pours with three small plates and the stories behind each wine.

What is included in the $75 price?

Your seat includes three French wine pours, three bites prepared by Executive Chef Danny Le, and a guided narrative from our wine team. Tax and gratuity are additional (++).

Will the wines be available to purchase after?

Yes — featured bottles are offered at event-night pricing for the duration of the evening.

Is a reservation required?

Flight Club is our recurring wine education series — one region, one story, one unhurried evening at a time. This July we travel to France.

A white from Bordeaux. A rosé from Provence. A Villages-tier red from the Rhône. Three considered pours, three plates from Executive Chef Danny Le, and the stories that connect them. Bring your curiosity; we will bring the tall tales.

What is Flight Club?

A recurring wine education series at Chez Bacchus. Each chapter focuses on a single region or theme — three pours, three small plates, and the stories that connect them. New chapters land roughly every quarter.

What does “$75++” mean?

$75 covers the wine flight, the food pairings, and the guided narrative. The ++ refers to applicable tax and gratuity, added at the table.

When will I see the specific bites?

Chef Danny composes the final pairings closer to the evening. Confirmed guests receive the full plated lineup by email a few days ahead so nothing arrives as a surprise.

Will the wines be available to take home?

Featured bottles are offered at special event-night pricing for the duration of the evening. Quantities are limited.

How long does the evening run?

About two to two and a half hours, including pours, food, and Q&A. Plan accordingly.
